I was born in a small town in the Province of Macerata (center Italy). With its population of only 17000 people there were 16 restaurants. One of them, a little Trattoria, was owned & run by my grandmother who was a very tough woman to work with.

I used to spend a lot of time helping my grandma around the Trattoria since I was 10. I washed dishes, cleaned & serve tables, lather on as I grew tall enough to reach the stove, cooked along with my grandma.....

My father had never approved my growing passion for cooking; he thought that it was not a proper profession for a "MAN". As a result my kitchen literacy was limited to what I had learned from working at my grandma’s Trattoria. Looking back I realize that my Grandma taught me more that any cooking school can ever teach.

The authenticity of home Italian cousin

She was my tutor, my mentor, not just in the kitchen, but also in the front of the restaurant, serving tables, talk to the customers,

She always us to say: a good cook knows how to serve tables too, more things you know better you will be

Anyway, if you have a project you think you'd like to hire me for, or you need to add a bit of crazy styling or creative production to your team. So... Let's Talk....

In my life I got a few hobbies; photography, antique furniture restoration, off-road trucks, motorcycling & traveling. Thanks to my job I got the possibility to travel and know different culture & people. All this has helped me to grow spiritually & professionally.
